P5 Projects & Consulting was commissioned to assess the commercial viability of a proposed animal feed production plant in Northern KwaZulu-Natal. The study reviewed capital expenditure requirements, process equipment suitability, supporting infrastructure, operational considerations, production capability, and potential return on investment. The assessment helped the client better understand the financial, operational, and long-term sustainability considerations linked to the proposed investment.

P5 Projects & Consulting undertook a detailed assessment of an existing material handling system to identify operational deficiencies, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. The review considered material flow, transfer systems, equipment performance, housekeeping standards, and operational risks. Particular focus was placed on excessive dust generation at transfer points, with recommendations provided to improve dust control, material containment, transfer point design, maintenance conditions, Health & Safety performance, and overall system reliability.
